Day 1

Arrival in Kigali & City Tour

Day 2

Transfer to Volcanoes National Park & Gorilla Trekking

Early Morning Transfer: After an early breakfast, depart for Volcanoes National Park. The scenic drive takes approximately 2.5 hours, passing through Rwanda’s beautiful countryside.
Gorilla Trekking Briefing: Upon arrival at the park, receive a briefing from the park rangers on gorilla trekking etiquette and what to expect during the trek.
Gorilla Trekking Experience: Embark on your trek through the dense rainforest in search of a mountain gorilla family. Once found, you’ll have an hour to observe and photograph these incredible creatures up close.
Lunch & Relaxation: Return to the lodge for lunch and relax after the trek.
Optional Afternoon Activities: If time allows, visit the Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village to learn about Rwandan traditions and enjoy cultural performances.
Dinner & Overnight: Enjoy dinner at your lodge near the park.

Day 3

Return to Kigali & Departure

Morning at Leisure: Enjoy a relaxed morning at the lodge. You can take a short nature walk around the area or simply soak in the views.
Transfer to Kigali: After breakfast, depart for Kigali. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a final shopping experience at local craft markets or a visit to more Kigali attractions.
